Springboard is an award-winning personal and professional development programs. It’s designed and developed by women for women. It consists of four one-day workshops each a month apart with a supporting workbook.
The programme builds on what you already have and are. It builds your confidence. It helps you reflect and decide on what’s right for you. It supports you to move forward in realistic and practical ways.
Springboard is tried and tested. Women who done the programme report exciting changes in their lives, including being taken seriously, sorting out difficult relationships, gaining promotions, speaking out and generally feeling more confident. Coming on Springboard will help you to …
- Recognise your strengths and achievements and build on them
- Identify challenges and hurdles and help you to overcome them
- Develop the self-confidence to make things happen
- Practise valuable life skills such as assertiveness, active listening, handling stress and balancing home and work
Each workshop is practical and will boost your morale and build your self-confidence. You’ll hear from inspiring guest speakers – a woman like you whose experiences and achievements will encourage and spur you on.
You will need to set aside about three hours a week to do the Springboard workbook. It is more than just a textbook and is crammed with practical exercises, questionnaires, facts and idea, all presented in a lively and down-to-earth way. It’s a key element of the Springboard programme.
The Springboard programme runs over three months. During that time you’ll attend four workshops.
The next open programme starts on 8 April in Orpington, Kent. The other dates are: 6 May, 10 June & 15 July 2016.
